Soul Summer Solstice 2024 Gallery

We joined together for the second annual Soul Summer Solstice, this time at the beautiful home of our colleague in Inglewood, California. We engaged in joyful visualization, a restful sound bath, nutritious lunch, breathing exercise training, yoga in the grass, an ancestral healing circle, a tea ceremony, and an intention setting activity in which we planted our intentions as literal seeds in the soil. Lilia joined us and provided optional fire cupping to anyone needing extra TLC to their body & soul. We left the day excited to plan the next one!
